• SOMATIC SEX EDUCATION IMMERSION

    After over 15 years of experience in sex education, Casia has a very specific offering that she has honed to best support her clients.

    She offers immersive work only. Clients who are interested in working with Casia must commit to a minimum of 3 sessions. Sessions are 3 hours long and must occur within the timespan of 1 week, ideally consecutively (3 sessions over 3 days).

    When working with the nervous system, the body requires a lifestyle shift. If you want to experience physiological state and stage change, it begins with a commitment to yourself.

    Casia offers mutual touch exploration within working parameters as trust unfolds.

    Recommended: take the days off work. Make sure you have time to honour the layers of somatic re-patterning we are doing in session. Do your best to avoid additional responsibilities and schedule downtime into your life after sessions.

    What do the 9 days entail?

    -Understanding the basics of touch, mutual practice

    - Hands-on Wheel of Consent Embodiment

    - Breathing into “What do I want?”

    - Focused and guided touch experiences to re-pattern pleasure pathways

    - Pleasure Mapping

    - Coaching on sex, non-monogamy, kink, porn use, masturbation

    - Hands-on genital mapping

    - Somatic re-patterning of trauma stored in the body

    - Practicing movement, breath, sound and interoception

    - Possibilities of embodied erotic massage should you desire

    Cost: $1675 for 9 hours of session

  • VIRTUAL SOMATIC SEX EDUCATION

    This option is ideal for those who are not yet ready to move into in-person work. New to your sexuality? Uncovering deep layers of shame, guilt, or fear? This is a good starting place to integrate slowly into a new pattern of thinking.

    - Touch Basics with Self

    - Wheel of Consent

    - Shifting concepts and strategies on self-pleasure

Casia works exclusively in Victoria, BC. Most of her clients travel to work with her. You must be able to travel to downtown Victoria. If you would prefer Casia travels to you, this may be an option at the additional costs of time, flights, and boarding.
